Over 25 years ago, Quex Park Estate stepped away from vegetable farming following a collapse in the cauliflower market and shifts in how fresh produce was sourced. Yet, our roots lie deep in vegetable growing, across acres of our fertile Grade 1 farmland.

That’s why we’re thrilled to announce: vegetables are returning to Quex Park. We’re bringing them back to the island where they grow best.

While this new chapter won’t be quite the same as before, it will be bold, diverse, and forward-thinking. From beetroot to flat-leaf parsley, you’ll see a wide variety of crops grown with care.

Our goals are simple:
– Keep vegetables affordable and accessible to all
– Work in harmony with the surrounding environment
– Inspire and support the next generation of growers

The estate will maintain its nature friendly ethos and enrol this thinking into our production, vegetables will be grown without the use of insecticides and fungicides, utilise cover crops and compost to improve soil health, use no single-use plastic for packaging, and support young people in entering careers in agriculture and horticulture.

Our produce will be available through outlets across the estate and selected local businesses. We’re excited to share this journey with you, watch this space for updates from the field.
