On Fridays and Saturdays throughout the year, Quex is licensed for Civil Ceremonies that can be conducted either in the Grand Hall of Quex House or in the beautiful gardens at the rear.

Brides can use special rooms in Quex House prior to the ceremony. The Hannah Dining Suite can accommodate 120 seated guests and is available for receptions and evening parties.

The gardens provide a classical backdrop for photographs as well as allowing space for marquees, firework displays and other customised activities.

The House, Museum and Gardens can all be hired for private functions and provide a distinguished and distinctive venue for all occasions.

At Quex we pride ourselves on providing a personalised wedding service designed to ensure that you can relax and enjoy your special day.

The Hannah Dining Suite has a well stocked  fully licensed bar and a licence for live music and discos.

The Museum Galleries are available for pre-event drinks and can remain open as an added feature for your guests.  A guided tour by Museum Staff can be booked.
